The SACS History Society aims to explore the world around us paying particular attention to South Africa’s past while also focusing much of its attention on international current affairs. The society is comprised of members elected to the committee and this committee in turn drives the society. The SACS Archives detailing the school’s rich history falls under the History Society’s umbrella as well as the general knowledge quiz team which is elected by committee members. Various other projects are undertaken throughout the year and it is up to committee members to decide on the goals and aims they intend pursuing year on year.
